I will not talk about all these special diets, very discreet, and not based on any common utility, as required by the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen of 1789, which are privileges contrary to the law and the Declaration ....

You can request the solidarity allowance for the elderly (ASPA) (2008: 7 € 537.29 per year for a single person; 13 521 , 27 € per year for a couple) if you meet the following three conditions :

• your annual resources are below a certain amount (2007: 7 € 635.53 for a single person, 13 374 16 € for a married couple);

• have at least 65 years (or at least 60 years if you are unable to work);
•
you are authorized to reside in France or in a department overseas.

I can imagine what a citizen can feel the strain of which country he is constantly forced to reduce their pension rights in a reduction of his pension, and a steady increase in its contributions, which is requested always work harder and longer, while at the same time foreign persons who have never worked or paid, or paid taxes, will they and their (s) joint (s), allowing them to earn an income having a retirement that will greater than the income of our poorest citizens, such as unemployed at the end of law, or worse, than a retired farmer who has worked hard all his life for a pittance, often from the age of 15 years and who is left with a pension of 500 euros per month, if not even less?
